On The X-Files: Originally airing on December 16, 2001, Lord Of The Flies sees Agents Doggett and Reyes investigating the death of a high schooler whose skull collapsed after a failed stunt for a reality TV show. Jane Lynch plays Anne Lokensgard, a woman who shares with her teenage son a mutation that enables them to take on certain qualities of flies and exact revenge on enemies. Most Memorable Moment: Anne hints to her son of the fate that befell his father for not understanding their abilities. How Jane Lynch Made It Big: Jane Lynch has been active since 1988. Although her performance in The 40-Year-Old Virgin in 2005 earned her some recognition, the real rise to fame came in 2009 when she hit the airwaves as Sue Sylvester on Fox's Glee, a role for which she was thrice nominated for an Emmy, winning once in 2010.
