Fox Mulder is taken to see a fully functional A.R.V. (alien replica vehicle) by Tad O'Malley in My Struggle, and admittedly it is pretty cool. Capable of cloaking itself completely from human sight, and running off "free energy," the idea here is that this type of vehicle has been constructed based off alien tech that the government has hidden away for decades. And that they're using this tech to both perpetuate the idea that aliens are among us, looking to take over, and to further their own world domination goals. Confused yet? Men within the government are claiming aliens are trying to take over to mask their own plan to take over. In short. If you still don't follow, well then just ignore all that and marvel at what a cool concept the ship is.
