5. There Are A Bunch Of New Costumes
As is to be expected from basically any superhero follow-up, most of the cast is receiving a new look in the new season.
Both Hawk and Dove are getting some slightly updated costumes, Starfire is continuing along the path of becoming more comics accurate, Raven is getting her trademark forehead crystal (probably as a result of the shenanigans that are going to ensue with Trigon) and Donna Troy has been given an actual super suit, ditching the civilian clothing she wore in all of her season one appearances.
Even Jason Todd's look seems to have been modified, with the character now sporting brighter colours (though this may now be a result of a change in lighting).
And while not a costume, Batman is now played by Iain Glen, meaning that audiences will now be able to see the character's face rather than the creepy silhouette of the first series.
