Titans Season 2: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
3. Kory Anders/Starfire
Kory Anders was one of the first season's two most engaging characters. The mystery surrounding her origins thrived on her amnesia because, as she discovered more about herself, so did we. Naturally, there were concerns whether the show could maintain Kory's momentum now that she was fully aware of who she was heading into Season 2 but, for the most part, it succeeded.
As the character got used to life on Earth, she began to embrace how powerful she felt simply because she had no concerns over any supposed destiny - after all, she wasn't on Tamaran anymore. That set the stage for a new mystery, as we all began to wonder if and when her home planet would come calling and why she was ultimately running from this destiny.
Her struggles over wanting that freedom came to light through conversations with old flame Faddei as we soon learned how her sister Blackfire was evil beyond words, and all of this kick-started a compelling character-driven arc for her as she began to lose her identity and, by extension, her powers.
The problem here, however, was that she got stuck in the middle of the Titans' multiple reunions and splits and, as a result, her solo story kept starting and stopping instead of flowing smoothly. Nonetheless, it was rather coherent and set up an interesting sibling rivalry for Season 3.
