Titans Season 2: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best
9. Donna Troy/Wonder Girl
Donna Troy's limited appearances throughout Season 1 had all of us excited to see how she'd fare with more screen-time in the second installment. Well, most of the time, she proved herself a solid addition to the show. The only problem was that, with the exception of one episode, she didn't receive the necessary attention in order to grow as a character.
The minor references to her relationship with Garth were genius in teasing us with what had happened in the past, while the episode 'Aqualad' did a fantastic job in showcasing why she's always so sombre - not exactly an attitude you'd expect of Wonder Girl. All of this set her up as one of the most well-developed and richest characters, and yet the present-day narrative never pulled the trigger on that, forcing her into the background after she delivered her weekly moody one-liner.
Conor Leslie looked absolutely amazing in the Wonder Girl suit - something we also didn't see enough of - and the character thrived in battle sequences when she was wielding her lasso. Moreover, she did a fantastic job of bringing the nuanced elements of Donna to life. Unfortunately, too little focus on her in the second half (and some dreadful treatment in the season finale) undercut a character arc that initially had a lot of promise.
