Still Game
BBC

"Cards. Cairds is whit ye play Cards wi"

With the pensioners barred from The Clansman, Jack's flat becomes the resident casino for the gentlemen of Craiglang, and during the first night of fun, Auld Joe, who is without the use of his legs, bets his brand new buggy against the stingy Tam, and sadly, Tam is the victor, getting his jollies out of beating Joe and getting a shot of the buggy if only for a brief period of time.

It soon becomes apparent that Tam is serious; he is keeping the buggy - he won it fairly, after all - and rides off into night. So Jack and Victor set about designing a sting to cheat Tam out of the buggy. The date is set, the punters are in place, and Shug is set up in Joe's flat, spying on the card game, everything going to plan

Things turn sinister when the police appear at Shug's door, as he has been accused of spying on a woman who had just come out of the shower. Sure enough, he gets arrested, leaving Joe no clue as to what Tam has in his hand. He powers on, and on the final hand it's revealed that Tam has a full house. Joe has lost again. Joe then reveals three queens. Three of a kind. Joe wins back his buggy!

Scenes.

On top of Joe winning his buggy back, this episode also sees Winston win, and win big against his old enemy Stevie the bookie. He wins £32,500 - £32,500 that he'll never see as Stevie does a runner. It's a feel good episode that doesn't stop delivering.

In truth, there isn't a bad episode in any season of Still Game, but this is the best of the bunch. It tells a story and is funny, not the funniest by any means, but it has everything going for it, and that's why it comes out on top.
