9. Owen And Diane (Out Of Time)
You finally meet the woman you're destined to spend the rest of your life with and she ends up being from a different time period. It's always the way, isn't it? It was seemingly a match made in heaven when Diane Holmes flew her plane straight through the Time Rift and into Owen Harper's life in Cardiff, 2007 but the major flaw in their love story was that she had actually taken off in December 1953. Talk about a long haul flight! You can't help who you fall for, though, and in one particularly risqué scene, Owen and Diane got down and dirty in front of the world's largest window ever because that's just how Torchwood rolls, apparently. They could've at least closed the blinds.
