Although this episode is considered by fans as one of the weaker offerings of the show, this is another of those little nuggets of gold that holds up with repeated viewings. The storyline with Del and the crazy receptionist was one of the darkest in the show's run, so Lloyd Pack provides much-needed comic relief here. I love how Trigger is completely oblivious to the drama going on around him and seems to exist in only his own world - doesn't sound a bad way to live, actually.
