True Blood: 10 Answers We Must Get In The Final Season

2. What Exactly Does Sookie Mean By Saying "No-One's Left?"

As True Blood€™s first trailer for season seven ends, Sookie utters the words, €œThere€™s no one left,€ with a mixture of defeat and disbelief in her voice. Finding the answer to what exactly she means by this is of great importance to the progress and conclusion of the final season. What does she mean? Who is gone? How many of them? This question will slowly be addressed over the course of the first half of the season as the vampire epidemic is brought into clearer focus and the tension builds towards the final climax. There are many possible answers to the question of whom she means. One potential has to do with the actions of the anti-vampire vigilante group and their rabid dedication to carrying out vampire genocide. Maybe Sookie is speaking of a large group of vampires tortured and put down by the group. Another possibility is a mass grave of fairies drained dry by the deranged Hep V vampires. A last logical possibility is that Sookie has stumbled upon a the remains of the residents of Bon Temps, killed by either the infected horde or by their own vampire protectors in an intense and irrational attack. Whatever she means, this is a question directly tied to the final act of the story and answering it will most likely lead to the final showdown, whatever it may be and however it might play out.
