10. Cruela de Vil

Who They Are: Cruela de Vil was originally brought to life perfectly by Glenn Close in the live-action film 101 Dalmations, as well as by the animated film where she was voiced by Betty Lou Gerson. She is perhaps one of the most untapped potential villains that the Once producers could use, as she brings a very dark and twisted sense of evil to the series. Unlike Regina, the character of Cruela is not someone you would ever need to redeem, and could let her unleash a torrent of savage madness onto Storybrooke. Considering that one member of her supporting cast, the Dalmation known as Pongo, has already appeared on the show, there's an instant gateway to allow you to bring the character in. Since Pongo is most closely associated with Raphael Sbarge's character, Jiminy Cricket, it is also a chance to give more for him to do. He's criminally underused on the series, and bringing in Cruela could rectify that. Who Should Play Them:

Mom star Allison Janney is a prime choice for Cruela, as she's got just the right amount of sassy bravado and charismatic charm to make it work. She's proven in films like Liberal Arts that she can play someone very dark, with all the undertones of sinister machinations. And since we know that the Once crew would probably give Cruela some sort of tragic back story, more than likely related to a member of the Swan family, Janney could bring out the softer touch that she displays on the CBS series Mom from time to time. She's a perfect choice to bring the character to life.
