9. Lilly Chambler

It feels so long ago since The Governor-centric episodes in the first half of Season 4. However this character, Lilly Chambler, although only in the show for three episodes, had a massive part to play. We first see her in "Live Bait", where she is staying in a house, along with her family, which includes her sister Tara. She becomes close to The Governor (which is never a good idea), and as it happens, leads to her and most of her family's demise. Whilst we only followed her character for a short while, we really did feel sorry for her. In the space of three episodes, she lost her father, her daughter, and (albeit off-screen) was swarmed by walkers. However we will never forget that it was she who finished The Governor. While Michonne caused fatal damage with her katana, he wasn't finished...not yet. However, when Lilly put the bullet through his head, we knew he was finally finished. Pretty heroic, huh?
