6. Maggie Greene Becomes Pregnant

As previously stated, the parallel plots of the comic series and TV show don't always align, but longtime readers will be aware that Maggie gives birth to Glenn's son down the road, naming the boy Hershel Jr. It may be hard to imagine the pair finding time for a bit of the old hanky panky right after the death of Maggie's sister Beth, but it's feasible that perhaps she will find comfort in her lovers arms and accidentally become pregnant by the end of Season 5. Bringing another baby into the mix could have an interesting impact on the group's dynamic, ratcheting the tension up even further as the survivors struggle to raise a small and potentially loud child while on the road, but there's also a risk of repetition following the arrival of Rick's daughter Judith. Saying that though, the group sure could use some hope and levity now that yet another one of their closest has died. In the comics, Maggie's pregnancy is followed quickly by the death of Glen. As one of the longest running members of the cast, it would certainly make a huge impact to finish him off in the Season 5 finale, leaving a pregnant Maggie alone without the father of her unborn child. So much for hope and levity.
