The Walking Dead: 13 Things That Make No Damn Sense

8. The Migrating Wound

Walking Dead Rick Hospital The opening episode of the Walking Dead €“ the Frank Darabont-directed Days Gone Bye €“ provides us with a decent introduction to the zombie apocalypse. Cribbing from the comics, it takes the tried-and-tested method of putting the main character in a coma, so he can witness the aftermath of civilisation's downfall. But why is Rick in a coma? Well that's simple €“ it's because he's been shot in the shoulder during a police firefight. Or has he? While we saw his upper left side take the brunt of that armed goon's wrath, when we next get a look at the Grimes patriarch's body that the wound has migrated to his chest. Well, I guess there's only one solution we can take from this €“ Rick's some sort of shapeshifter, capable of moving pain from one part of the body to another. It's either that or the costumers/prop people screwed up. Yeah, let's go with that.
