The Walking Dead: 5 Characters That Should Die (And 5 That Shouldn't)

1. Glen

Ttutbot Which brings me to my obvious choice for the #1 spot on this list. Glen is the everyman of the show. He's simultaneously the most empathetic and sympathetic character. And although Rick is the protagonist, Glen is the character I relate to and the underdog I root for. He didn't have any special skills or training prior to the zombie apocalypse happening, yet he is somehow one of the most keenly adept and resourceful at navigating through it. Rick and Daryl obviously knew how to handle a weapon before all this s**t went down, but Glen was a nerd and a pizza delivery guy. He gives every geek hope of being a badass and getting the girl one day. And it's not based on his strength or alpha-male leadership like it is for Rick. Glen's talents and survival skills stem from his intelligence and his ability to think fast and adapt to any situation. No matter how bad things seem to get for him, he has the tenacity and perseverance to never give up. He is the real hero of The Walking Dead, and the continued success of the show hinges on him in a lot of ways. Daryl might be the fan favorite, but Glen is the heart and soul of the show. May he live long, and prosper. Who do you think should or shouldn't survive season 4 of The Walking Dead? Leave your comments below.
