4. Beth
Beth could easily be the next character to die on The Walking Dead. There's nothing particularly wrong with her, but there's just not much for her to do other than mope about and react to the horrible things happening around her. She's probably the most underdeveloped character in the group, especially compared to her sister Maggie. And she hasn't had much to offer other than a nice singing voice and free babysitting. Unless her character takes a major dramatic turn or takes on a new role in the group in season 4 (possible love interest for Daryl? Or Carl?), she is definitely on the chopping block.
