The Walking Dead Season 4: 10 Reasons To Be Concerned

5. Cabin Fever

Rick Fence Cabin Fever In the first couple of episodes this season, everyone is getting sick and burning up. Maybe it€™s a virus, but it could just be a bad case of cabin fever. After every season, the primary locale has changed; they've camped in the forest, survived on the farm, and worked their way into the prison. But now, for the second season straight, they€™re staying in the prison. These characters have to be getting sick of the same sights and sounds. How many times this season are we going to see zombies pushing at fences or zombies reaching through jail bars? If they keep the cast in the prison too long, eventually those walkers in the jail cells and at the fences are going to blend into the background. They lose their shock value, becoming standard transition shots into various scenes. Whether it€™s creative walkers or exciting locales, I want as many compelling visuals as possible. Draw me to the edge of my seat with fresh locations and then send me reeling backwards with an unexpected walker. I'm concerned they€™re losing out on some new walker terrain by sticking to the same primary location.
