The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale: 6 Definitive Things That We Learned

1. Terminus Is Hiding Something

This is obvious as Terminus has been one of the biggest mysteries for the entire second part of season four. What would the survivors they find upon their arrival there? The finale was scatted with hint that the Terminus inhabitants are surviving on as the show has dropped a number of hints that this is the case. From crazy Mary acting as barbeque pit master to a quick shot of the bones picked clean in a courtyard. Upon their arrival to Terminus, Rick and company are quickly introduced to Gareth, the supposed leader of Terminus. It doesn't take long to realise that there's a sneaky suspicion about this man as he comes across as a very calm, cool and collected individual. He acts as a man in absolute control of the situation he finds himself in much like a similar villain that had been introduced earlier in the series. Up to this point it's easy to assume that Gareth could in fact be another Governor-style villain without all of the washed over perceptions of a tranquil and peaceful society. If there's anything that fans know about Terminus, it's that they are one hell of an organised bunch and that they're hiding something. After passing a quick orientation by Gareth, Rick and his group are lead out into a large courtyard. Rick being the keen observer that he is immediately realises that there's more here than meets the eye. Unfortunately, it€™s too late as he and the rest are rounded up and taken prisoner. We'll have to find out what that really is when the Walking Dead returns in October. What do you think - Was there anything else that we learned from the season four finale moving forward?
