WandaVision: 10 Things We Need To See

Out of all the connections that we've gotten from the Marvel universe thusfar, the inclusion of SWORD was a bit of a left turn. As opposed to the more conventional things that we have gotten from SHIELD in recent years, this new look with Monica Rambeau is a bit of a refreshing take on the normal initiatives we've seen headed by Nick Fury. That does beg one question though: where the hell have they been?

While it's not meant to be a plot hole just yet, the next few episodes of the show really need to capitalize on the role that SWORD has had in the past history of the MCU. Whether or not they were there from the beginning is almost irrelevant at this point, so long as there's a clear reason for them actually being here.

Upon recent speculation, many have made a case for this being a bit of an underground agency, only brought to fruition when SHIELD was compromised by HYDRA ever since the events of The Winter Soldier.

However, aside from being the main fallback for Rambeau and Wanda nearly killing the head of the agency by the end of the last episode, there hasn't been nearly enough development for them when put against something like SHIELD or HYDRA. Even though the idea to introduce some new characters is great, the next few episodes should take the opportunity to expand a bit on what this new agency is going to entail.
