WandaVision: 5 MCU Characters We Could See

3. Quicksilver (From Fox's X-Men Universe)

We already know that we will be seeing Wanda's children, with the second episode of the series ending with her falling pregnant. If the family tree is broadening, why not bring in one of her very close relatives... her brother, Quicksilver?

Indeed, we have already seen Pietro Maximoff on our screens in the MCU, with an underwhelmingly short role in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Killed protecting Hawkeye from an attack by one of the few remaining Ultron copies, the iconic speedster has yet to make a real impact in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

However, as this reality-bending series is speculated to be Wanda's own creation, there would be nothing stopping her from bringing her brother back to join the residents of Westview.

On the other hand, we don't necessarily have to see Quicksilver as we know him in the MCU. As most Marvel fans would know, the X-Men have had their own adventures in their own separate universe, including a much more successful run for their very own Pietro Maximoff. In this canon, Quicksilver is still alive and is a prominent member of the supergroup.

Disney's acquisition of Fox in 2019 opens a lot of doors for potential appearances from X-Men stars in the MCU, with Kevin Feige already teasing the arrival of mutants in the future.
