WandaVision: 8 INSANE Fan Theories For The Final Episode

7. Tommy & Billy Cannot Leave The Hex

When Vision tried to leave the Hex in episode six, he found that he couldn't survive outside it. As soon as he left the safety of Wanda's barrier he started to disintegrate and fell motionless to the ground. If his wife didn't immediately extend the reach of her power, he would have died.

At the time, given the false information that fans had been fed by Director Hayward, it was assumed that this was because Wanda had brought him back from the dead with the Hex, and so he couldn't survive without her constant magic.

However, episode eight revealed that the Vision inside the Hex isn't actually the real thing but instead another Vision that Wanda fabricated out of thin air. This suggests that anything created by Wanda within the Hex that didn't already previously exist cannot survive outside it.

Does this principle also stretch to Tommy and Billy? Wanda created her twins, and though she allowed herself to carry them for a day and give birth to them, they are still just as much of a fabrication as Vision. Since their dad is seemingly unable to survive outside of Wanda's Hex, surely this will be the same for the twins.
