MCU Pietro is dead and gone, he can’t be bought back. But multiverse Pietro is still game: and 80’s Pietro seems a perfect fit for an 80’s sitcom setting! By importing Evan Peters across universes, this episode has opened up a whole host of possibilities for the future.

We know that the two upcoming MCU Phase 4 films are set to feature the multiverse in one way or another and this is the perfect hint of what more is to come.

Previously Elizabeth Olsen has teased that there is a huge cameo due in future episodes, and people are starting to speculate that she may have been talking about Doctor Strange. This would make sense given it has already been confirmed that WandaVision is directly linked to the upcoming Doctor Strange film (in which Elisabeth Olsen is also starring).

This first step into the multiverse idea opens up a world of opportunities not just within WandaVision but with the MCU as a whole.
