Wandavision: Every Episode Ranked

6. Don't Touch That Dial

The second episode of the series, still in black and white, follows Wanda and Vision entering a local talent show as they try to pass their real magic off as fake magic. However, before the show, Vision tries a piece of gum for the first time, and it messes with his circuits, making him come across as drunk during his act. This plotline is the best of Wandavision's sitcom-like storylines, as it's humour is fit for an actual sitcom.

Additionally, this episode kicks up the mystery from the last episode: Throughout the show, Wanda notices some strange things: She sees a small helicopter in colour, sees Dottie bleed red blood, and hears a mysterious voice on the radio call out to her. Additionally, at the end of the episode, a mysterious figure enters Westview, but Wanda simply says "no" and time resets, expelling this figure from Westview and slowly filtering colour into their lives.

Additionally, throughout the episode, characters chant "for the children." The episode ends with Wanda magically becoming pregnant. Though the moment is sweet, the creepy undertones from the episode's motto make it seem like something nefarious is happening.

Don't Touch That Dial is a solid entry to Wandavision, and would fit right in with many sitcoms. However, it still doesn't hold up against the second half of the series.
