WandaVision: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

3. Agatha Harkness

Jimmy Woo WandaVision
Marvel Studios

Who doesn’t love the hidden villain that has secretly been pulling the string since the beginning? It’s even better when said villain has a ridiculously catchy theme song to go with it and is portrayed throughout the decades by the wonderfully talented Kathryn Hahn.

Agatha spent the majority of the series posing as Wanda’s nosy neighbour, Agnes, and though the reveal of her true identity didn’t exactly come as a shock to those fans who had already pieced together who she really was, it was still a huge moment in the series.

A good, strong villain has to have a compelling reason for doing what she was doing, and Agatha certainly had that. She wasn’t necessarily put across as being pure evil, she simply believed that Wanda didn’t deserve the frankly stupid amount of power she has been gifted, and didn’t trust her to wield it properly.

Honestly, it’s difficult to disagree with her, particularly when there is an entire chapter dedicated to Wanda in the Book of the Damned! Hopefully, Agatha's character will be explored further in the future, as she is never strictly villainous in the comics, and this could prove to be the case in the MCU.
