Westworld: Ranking Every Main Character From Worst To Best
12. Elsie Hughes
The bright and sarcastic programmer found herself in over her head when she discovered her friend and mentor Bernard was in fact one of the robot hosts found in the park. Feeling conflicted about what to do, Elsie continued to stumble along Westworld's secrets against the backdrop of Dolores' uprising.
Elsie's vitriolic attitude and caustic wit made her stand out amongst the more serious characters and it made for a particularly good pairing with Bernard's stoicism. Her moral values made her likable but ultimately ended up getting her killed as Charlotte realises she couldn't possibly trust someone like that.
It was a shame to lose Elsie as her character brought a certain degree of gallows humour that fit well in the show but her demise was a suitably shocking end to the fun techie.
