What The American Dad Voice Actors Look Like In Real Life
8. Curtis Armstrong
Main Character: Snot
Long before his work on American Dad, Curtis Armstrong was building an acting career in film during the 1980s, debuting in the coming of age classic "Risky Business" and then making a name for himself in the Revenge of the Nerds film series.
After that, Armstrong made various appearances in all kinds of television shows, from sitcoms such as Curb Your Enthusiasm to thriller dramas such as Supernatural. Curtis is also not shy of doing voice work outside of American Dad, gaining recurring roles in The Emperor's New School and Robot And Monster. Overall, a very impressive line of acting work from Mr Armstrong.
Curtis' role in American Dad is as Steve's most loyal friend Schmuely "Snot" Lonstein. Snot is the least privileged of all his friends, growing up with no money, no strong father figure and no siblings as companionship, but he is arguably the most normal of his friendship group and is often the voice of reason. And Curtis Armstrong does a convincing job of playing a young teenager, considering he's a now a man in his sixties.
