8. Raphael Bob-Waksberg (Charley Witherspoon)

Raphael Bob-Waksberg is the creator of the show, but he’s stepped into the vocal booth a few times too. Charley Witherspoon is the annoying frog at the Vigor Agency, and briefly serves as Princess Carolyn’s agent before being promoted to assistant.
His only real skill seems to be having his hands stick to everything, and is promoted off the back of his father, Mr Witherspoon, who owns the agency.
His dad is actually voiced by Stephen Colbert, another star in too few episodes to make the cut and edged out of the run down in the introduction.
Bob-Waksberg has a couple of background characters to his name too, but his only real notable other character is Sarah Lynn’s stepdad. It’s heavily implied throughout the show that he molested her, and him being a bear may be a reference to the internet character, Pedobear.
Sarah Lynn mentions being homeschooled by her father, tagging on that “he’s a photographer,” suggesting the two are linked (and that perhaps he was taking inappropriate photos of her). She’s also able to tell best fur by taste, which is very strange.
