What The BoJack Horseman Voice Actors Look Like In Real Life
17. Stanley Tucci (Herb Kazzaz)
Stanley Tucci has been in so many things down the years it’s impossible to say what any given person might recognise him from. As the kindly German scientist in Captain America, perhaps? Or the weird yet wonderful dad in Easy A? Maybe it’s the eccentric announcer in The Hunger Games.
If it’s not that, try The Silence, The Devil Wears Prada, The Terminal, Lucky Number Slevin or his recurring role on ER. The point is, Stanley Tucci is one of the most experienced members of the BoJack cast. It’s no surprise then, that he gets the first sucker punch the show ever delivered.
Herb was the closeted gay man who created Horsin’ Around and gave BoJack his big break. He’s fired for being gay and BoJack fails to stand up for him; BoJack and Herb then don’t speak for over a decade until Herb is diagnosed with cancer.
When BoJack offers his apologies only for Herb to accept it but say “I don’t forgive you,” we learnt BoJack was a show not about pulling punches.
