Voices: Mr. Slave.
Another piece of the personnel puzzle, and yet another one that isn't an actor by trade, it's unclear exactly what it is he normally would aspire to do as there is very little information about John Hansen in any archives across the internet.
It's believed that he is the production manager on South Park, whilst other sources refer to him as a post-production supervisor, which presumably falls under the same umbrella. Just like an umbrella though, it seems Hansen likes to repel things that come too close within his vicinity.
Not much is known about him, we just have a fair idea of what his voice may sound like, if he's not doing an accent. The exaggerated characteristics of a character like Mr. Slave make it really hard to tell whether this is Hansen's real voice or not - and that's not because his mouth was full at certain time.
The man is an enigma and we don't have anything resembling a code.
