Voices: Bebe Stevens

Jennifer Howell is a television and film executive producer, one that has been in the game for quite some time now, and as a result has reached the most senior level possible in this segment of her industry. She's also known for voicing one of the oldest female characters on South Park in the form of Bebe Stevens, archetypically created as the stereotypical best friend to which Wendy can project her feelings onto, until she got her own episode, the tenth episode in the sixth season, to be exact.

There's a good reason it was left for you to discover.

Before she was voicing elementary school children, Howell was receiving Peabody and Emmy Awards for her work on the show behind the scenes. This run of form would last from the commencing of the show in 1997, before culminating in 2006 as she went on to become the Executive Vice President at Parker and Stone's new company, Important Films.

She then proceeded to move on to an entirely new role at 20th Century Fox, and indubitably cut her ties with the South Park. She now spearheads the development subsection for Dreamworks.
