2. Lavateria (Or Wherever Doctor Doom Is)
Having White Vision and General Ross cross paths is logical, but if the next MCU saga doesn't want to rely heavily on the Infinity Saga, it would be interesting to see White Vision come in contact with Doctor Doom...especially if his kingdom of Lavateria already has DoomBots living amongst civilians.
The Fantastic Four are on their way into the MCU and there's no way one of their greatest villains is far behind. Portrayed by the right actor with the right story, Doctor Doom has the potential to be one of the best bad guys the MCU has ever seen.
Introducing him into the MCU via White Vision is a safe and sound way to bring Lavateria into focus without necessarily involving the Fantastic Four right off the bat. In many ways, it would be better to allow the character of Doctor Doom to grow independently of the Fantastic Four. Keep in mind, Thanos debuted in The Invincible Iron Man comics but did not make any of his appearances in Iron Man's solo films.
