2. Joe Will Hurt More People
We learnt that Joe’s first kill was Elijah, the man Candace had an affair with. Joe pushed him off a bridge out of jealously and rage, and it was Mr. Mooney who helped him deal with this.
After this spur of the moment kill, Joe doesn’t seem to think twice about the other people he goes on to hurt. It probably didn’t help that Mr. Mooney told him “some people deserve to die.”
In Joe’s mind, it was all to protect Beck. He truly believed that him killing Benji and Peach would help Beck grow and not be pulled down by them.
Regardless of where the story goes in Season 2, it seems likely that Joe will hurt or kill more people to either protect Candace, himself or a new love interest. It also begs the question: Will Joe eventually kill Candace?
