1. The Cand-Ace In The Hole

Watching the trailer for Season 2 of YOU, one thing became rather clear to this writer and that was that Candace will be the game-changer this season. No, that statement doesn't stem from some unfounded claim that she will ultimately be his undoing (though that is looking likely), it comes from the simple fact that she will, quite literally, change the game.

Like we've already said, so much of this season is new and that can ultimately result in the story feeling a little repetitive. However, Candace is exempt from that formula. She isn't a new element that could end up feeling old rather quickly; she's an old one that feels undeniably new.

A ghost from one of Joe's previous lives that we have yet to see in action, her very existence threatens to turn the show on its head and demolish the status quo in a season that is dead-set on maintaining it - and that makes her YOU's secret weapon.
