In a shocking final act that just kept shocking us, the season's last episode also saw Love reveal to the baffled Joe that she was pregnant with his child.

A stunning turn of events, no doubt, it was a revelation that ensured Joe would never kill her - even though he was tempted to before. Now that right there could have been a lie on Love's part to ensure her survival and keep Joe under her thumb, but the closing moments of the finale skipped forward in time and showed a heavily pregnant Love smile and wave at Joe.

The idea of Joe becoming a father is an interesting one from a narrative standpoint given how the flashbacks played out, but the idea of him being a father is certainly a troubling one. It's even more troubling when you consider the fact that Love is the child's mother.

But after the final scene, fans have been left wondering if Joe will even be interested in his family.
