6. The Baby Isn't Joe's
When Joe and Love break up, she starts seeing Milo to make him jealous. At this point, Love has already figured out who Joe really is and what he's capable of from reading Beck's memoir.
Love was probably moved by Joe's passion and dedication and was hoping Joe would kill Milo to show his devotion to her. Love mentioned that she made Milo use protection, but she could be lying. We know how desperately she wants a family, so it's possible she was careless.
She could have told Joe the baby was his in order to secure the perfect life for herself – as well as save her own, considering he was about to kill her at the end.
On the other hand, Love's obsession with Joe might mean she was more determined to make sure the baby was Joe's, but it would be quite the plot twist.
