4. Will Joe Find Someone New To Fixate On?
One trait that has come to define Joe Goldberg is his ever-changing interests in women. From Candace, to Beck, Love, Natalie and now Marienne, You's protagonist cannot seem to stick to one love interest.
This has often been a liability to Joe, but a source of great entertainment for audiences and one of the show's strongest narrative devices. However, as Joe grows as a person (however slowly and misguided), it begs the question of whether he will stick to Marienne or find someone new that he would literally kill for.
It has been established that it does not take much for Joe to fall head over heels for someone so it is entirely possible that he may walk into a Parisian café and be enamoured with one of the staff or a customer.
That said, he did go to great lengths to secure his reunion with Marienne so it would feel anticlimactic if he chose to go for someone else despite his new relationship having significant narrative potential.
