10 Best UFC Fighters Of The Last Decade

7. Stipe Miocic

If there was any doubt that Stipe Miocic was the greatest UFC heavyweight of all time, then all concerns should've been forgotten following his knockout victory over Daniel Cormier at UFC 241 this year.

After making his UFC debut in 2011, Miocic has beaten nearly every top fighter competing in the heavyweight division in the last decade. From submission specialists to savage strikers, Miocic has fought every single one of them with the confidence and belief of a champion, even when the belt wasn't wrapped around his waist.

However, when he defeated Fabricio Werdum for the title back at UFC 198, that's when we got to see Miocic begin to fully realise his potential. A classic wrestle-boxer with an absurd amount of toughness, the 37-year old from Cleveland, Ohio, is as durable as they come and uses that to pressure and eventually break his opponents.

His most recent fight was against the man who took the title from him, Daniel Cormier. Despite taking a solid beating from the then champion, Miocic weathered the storm, changed his gameplan mid-fight and ended up regaining the belt from Cormier in dramatic fashion. He may be understated and not receive the same sort of fanfare as other fighters on this list, but Miocic has earned his spot as an all-time great.
