10! 10! 10! 10 Things You Didn't Know About Tye Dillinger

4. He Was 'Stan'

The 2006 D-Generation-X reunion inspired endless insipid comedy segments as Triple H and Shawn Michaels were given hours of precious television to relive their youth (in this case, infancy) at the expense of everyone they came into contact with.

From dropping suspicious-looking gloop on the Spirit Squad and The McMahons, to selling the one of most absurd t-shirts in wrestling history by dragging out a joke about Vince and a rooster, the duo were a side-splitting laugh riot for literally any fan under the age of eight.

However, one vignette stands apart from the rest, not least because it's actually humorous in parts. It was that segment that cast Tye Dillinger as 'Stan', a backstage WWE employee leathered in the face by a Shawn Michaels superkick.

Pushed by Triple H to be more 'controversial', Shawn threw a massive tantrum down a long corridor, wiping out anybody in his way with 'Sweet Chin Music'. A young Dillinger got a line and a name for his character before becoming his first victim.
