10 Absolute WORST Wrestling Moments Of 2023

7. Powerhouse Hobbs Joins QTV

Powerhouse Hobbs joined two stables in 2023, which is perhaps the problem when he'd spent long enough in one following an impressive 2020 debut.

Back then, Hobbs was the monster force in Team Taz, but when that group naturally dissolved, the last thing he needed was to be cast as a heater for another crew. Twice. The jury remains out on how he will fare as a key component to Don Callis' violent and vengeful Family, but one thing's as good as certain - it can't be worse than when he was inexplicably paired with QT Marshall.

After initially helping Hobbs defeat Wardlow for the TNT Championship to theoretically validate his place alongside him, Marshall completely downgraded the big man's aesthetic via his cynical and lazily-executed QTV stable.

Hobbs had been able to show personality and endless fire alongside the 'Human Suplex Machine'. Neither were on show as a walk-behinder for an IRL backstage producer.
