10 AEW Stars Set For A Big Push Following All Out 2021

5. Thunder Rosa

Current reporting points towards AEW not running Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa back until 2022, which is in line with current storytelling.

Rosa looked tremendous at All Out, outdoing everyone but the debuting Ruby Soho en route to finishing second in the Casino Battle Royale, eliminating Nyla Rose along the way. That she was put down at the final stage is crucial to her story. Rosa set her sights on a Baker rematch immediately upon signing her full-time AEW deal, but fate is conspiring against her. No matter how hard she tries, she keeps getting knocked back in her attempts at getting to the champ, allowing others to rise in her absence.

It's a great story that'll keep Thunder Rosa hot for the next few months, before she ultimately breaks through the barriers and re-emerges as Baker's biggest threat. Expect AEW to keep building it on television, with the former NWA Women's World Champion picking up several signature victories along the way.

A focused singles program heading into Full Gear is a strong possibility, too.
