10 AEW Stars Set For A Big Push Following All Out 2021

4. Santana & Ortiz

Though initially focused heavily through their feud with The Young Bucks and involvement in The Inner Circle, Santana and Ortiz remain the one "big" AEW team to have missed out on a prolonged Tag Team Title program, despite occasional flirtations with the top of the rankings.

This is a matter of timing. Though they would have made natural feud partners for the Bucks during their recent heel run, Santana & Ortiz have been preoccupied in The Inner Circle's war with The Pinnacle. For them, this has meant feuding with FTR.

Going 1-1 with Dax and Cash opens the door for a feud-settling rubber match. Arthur Ashe Stadium on 22 September would be the natural spot for that, with the stage set for a big crowd-popping victory for hometown boys Santana & Ortiz in New York City, clearing their path to finally ascend and assume a bigger role in the division for a more prolonged period of time.
