10 AEW Stars You Will NEVER See In WWE

1. Kenny Omega

Britt Baker
AEW

The current AEW World Champion and Executive Vice President is a huge deal, not just because he holds that gold but also because he's one of the biggest names in the wrestling world, despite never stepping foot in a WWE ring. He's dipped his toes in, as he worked for the WWE developmental brand DSW in 2005, but left citing poor treatment from trainers Bill DeMott, Jody Hamilton and Bob Holly. After that, the rest is history.

Omega worked hard on the independent circuit and in Japan, eventually establishing himself as a wrestling superstar and becoming one of the biggest things outside of WWE. As the leader of Bullet Club, and the founder of The Elite, he had one of the most prestigious positions in the industry.

It's already clear that he'd never leave for WWE by the fact that he has been offered to work for them multiple times and turned their advances away. The biggest of these came after he left NJPW and had the path options of WWE or AEW.

Omega has said that WWE made him a "fantastic offer" but that AEW gave him something better, his best friends and creative freedom. That's something WWE would never be able to grant him, and it's safe to assume that The Best Bout Machine will always Vince's one that got away.
