Jungle Boy would, without a doubt, be such a presence, as not only is he small - which we've already established as one of WWE's pet peeves - but he also has a goofy gimmick that WWE would struggle with.
Creativity in WWE is never in the performer's hands, as they are expected to perform as the creative team want them to. Thanks to this, Jungle Boy would need to sacrifice a lot about his character, and he would struggle to do so. AEW is giving him a platform that he wouldn't find elsewhere, and WWE would just leave him by the wayside.
