10 AEW Wrestlers Lost In The Shuffle After All Out 2021
4. Sonny Kiss
One day, Sonny Kiss will take revenge on Kenny Omega for a loss so humiliating that Kiss himself wasn't even the focussed-upon party after the fact.
On October 21st 2020, Omega debuted a new entrance that foreshadowed much more than just flashy pyro, then proceeded to show Kiss less than zero respect in a devastating squash. Blasting his opponent with a V-Trigger, Omega hit the One Winged Angel to advance in the World Title Eliminator tournament in a matter of seconds.
Feigning like he gave a sh*t, Omega raised Kiss' arm and forced a hug of faux-respect. He'd shown none in the match, and Kiss knew this was phoney. The wait for revenge began there.
And the wait...goes on. An August split with Joey Janela hasn't resulted with a match yet either, rendering Kiss a bit of a soft touch as a babyface. Perhaps the overdue response will address that, but until these hypotheticals are made real, the ultra-talented Kiss still feels like too trivial of a concern.
