10 AEW Wrestlers That Are Permanently Lost
7. Men Of The Year
Forever associated with a low ebb for the TNT Championship and All Elite Wrestling in general, Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page's passable heel act feels completely out of juice in the aftermath of their early-2022 feud with Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti.
Seemingly in competition to be the least likeable characters in a programme exclusively made up of heels, they failed at that just as much as they did building foundations for something next.
Page's effort against Orange Cassidy on the post-Forbidden Door edition of Dynamite was fantastic, but another heel could have been in there doing the Hulk Hogan/Andre The Giant bit with the Best Friends man. Meanwhile, Scorpio Sky is starting to feel like the sort of wrestler some fans will later consider "wasted talent" despite a lengthy and relatively prosperous run as a career midcarder.
Not everybody can wrestle main events, but Men Of The Year increasingly feel like an act that can't drop down any further for damaging remaining credibility. They'd genuinely better suited to Raw or SmackDown than Dynamite or Rampage.
