4. Ricky Starks

Let's not mince words. It's only a matter of time before Ricky Starks departs All Elite Wrestling and bags a gig in WWE. He'll owe a lot to friendships with Cody Rhodes and CM Punk for that, but Ricky was someone on the E's radar long before he was carrying Cody's bags into WrestleMania and seemingly getting heat for it.

His talent is clear for all to see. Starks has potential; he's already solid in-ring, but Ricky's abilities on the mic would come in handy if he appeared on Raw, SmackDown or (more realistically at first) NXT. Surely Starks is looking over at what ex-AEW alumni Ethan Page is doing on Tuesdays and wondering what could be.

Time to pull that trigger, Starks.

What's the alternative? Be shoved into another going-nowhere tag-team like the one with Big Bill? Staunch AEW hardcores will point to the fact that pair won tag-team gold. They did, but it didn't count for much in the grand scheme of things. Ricky needs another challenge.
