Darby Allin is an enigma - and that's a compliment.
His ability to endure inhuman levels of pain yet get you invested every time he is in the ring is a talent only a few truly possess. The current TNT Champion is a main event star in the making and it's fun seeing him along the journey.
Allin's TNT run should be fun, once he actually starts defending it, as he has been consumed by a feud with Team Taz since winning. Hopefully this will lad to a match with Ricky Starks and they can move on into other programs. His vignettes have been unique and the kind of thing to explain his character to someone who doesn't watch AEW.
Anyone Darby Allin were to pin for the title would be a good decision. Pushing a babyface to the limits or overcoming the antics of a heel, his AEW Championship win will garner a huge reaction much like his TNT Championship win did at Full Gear this year. However the win, Darby is the kind of talent where the sky is the limit for him.
