10 All-Time Craziest Wrestling Match Stipulations

1. The Kennel From Hell

The Big Boss Man was a very bad man. In 1999, while embroiled in a feud with Al Snow over the Hardcore Championship, Boss Man did the unthinkable -- he killed Snow's beloved chihuahua, Pepper, then cooked the dog into a dish that he made Snow eat. Snow went mad when he found out the truth, and only true vengeance would grant him satisfaction. Snow's twisted mind (well, his or the writers') devised a prison in which the Boss Man would have to confront, then pay for, his sins. A traditional steel cage would surround the ring, and a Hell in a Cell would enclose the ringside area. Between the two structures, hungry dobermans would wait, hoping for a nibble of human flesh. The winner would have to escape from the entire setup. The match itself was bad. Precariously dangling over a pit of hungry dogs may make for an entertaining scenario in a film, but it doesn't lend itself to a wrestling match -- especially when said dogs are accompanied by their trainers, and are so drugged that they can do little more than defecate and make love to one another. Still, it was Snow who was victorious, granting him a bit of satisfaction in honor of Pepper.
