10 Annoying Traits That Are RUINING WWE Characters

7. Dominik Mysterio (Daddy's Boy)

Right, enough.

Depicting Dominik Mysterio as somebody who needed daddy dearest to hold his hand would've been fine when he first arrived on the WWE scene, but it doesn't make sense now. Think about it: Dom went from surprising Seth Rollins with his skills at SummerSlam 2020 to needing Rey's help constantly.

In other words, WWE's presentation is rather backwards. If anything, Dominik should be more confident now than he was last summer. Instead, opponents (like 'dem Dirty Dawg boys Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode) are laughing at him like he's no threat to them whatsoever. They're doing that despite the fact that Dom's performances say otherwise.

It's cool that the Mysterio men love one another and have a close-knit family bond. It really is, but that will only take Dominik so far. He should be past that and able to fight his own battles by now, not screwing his face up like a chastised kid whenever somebody questions his abilities.
