This was unquestionably the biggest spot of the match, and potentially one of the biggest spots in ladder match history. It was one of those moments that you thought might be possible, but that you never quite believed someone would have the guts to actually try to pull off. Undaunted though, Kalisto hit an absolutely stunning rendition of his finishing manoeuvre to Jey Uso from atop the ladder. At the moves apex, Kalisto was as high as the title above the ring, which is nothing short of incredible. Not only that, but he and Jey went crashing through a steel ladder rather than onto the mat. And furthermore, this appeared to be a legitimate steel ladder, not one of these gimmicked ones that weve seen used on occasion before. To cap off the madness, Sin Cara nailed a Swanton Bomb to Jeystill lying on the ladderbut the move was somewhat lost in the mayhem that followed the Salida del Sol. How did that even happen cried Xavier Woods on commentary. That in itself was a perfect summary of a spot that will likely be remembered for many years to come, and very deservingly so.
