Mark Calaway has given 25 years of service to World Wrestling Entertainment's power brokers. His character, The Undertaker, is the single most enduring persona in the company, and he deserves recognition for all he has done for the organisation. Unfortunately, he cannot go on forever, so 2016 may serve to be the last full year WWE get out of Undertaker before he calls it a day. That will be something special to witness. It'll be saddening, there's no doubt about that, but it'll also be historic to be a part of. If The Undertaker is to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame as predicted before WrestleMania 32, his career will surely begin to wind down afterwards. No long term wrestling fan wants to miss the final days of the legend's career. There's an argument to be made that 'Taker may not even see out the entire year of 2016. Whatever the case, a lot of people believe 2016 will be the last year to include new Undertaker matches in the promotion. When he goes, an entire era will be ended, and there will be a void that will perhaps never be filled by any other professional wrestler.
